Patsy was wonderful during the purchase of my home that went into a multiple-offer situation.  We were able to see the place quickly and Patsy was always fast to respond to texts, emails and phone calls.  You always felt she was right there.  Her warmth, knowledge and connections to all kinds of tradespeople has also been helpful.  She treats you like family and like she has known you all her life.  I would recommend Patsy Skene to anyone who wishes these kinds of qualities in a realtor.

Patsy went above and beyond to offer exceptional service. With all the business conducted over the phone, Patsy sold a tenanted property without me having to come to Kamloops from Langley, British Columbia even once. Patsy followed instructions to a T, and made what could have been a terrible situation into a veritably seamless one.
