Brock is known to have large, flat lots and warmer temperatures. This area of Kamloops consists primarily of residential properties.  They range in size from small mobile home parks, bare land strata developments, townhomes, condos and apartments as well as single family homes and some estates. Brock was formerly a region of Kamloops where there were a number of orchards. The warm temperatures and fertile soils make this area of Kamloops great for growing tomatoes or fruit trees!

Brock has a few options for basic shopping such as Save-on-foods, and other smaller retailers. Minutes from Brock there is a larger shopping area in North Kamloops that has everything you could need. Banking, professional offices, shopping, restaurants and and more are located in North Kamloops.

Brock is serviced by two elementary schools and a middle school. There is frequent transportation that runs through Brock allowing it to be very accessible. Brock is very close to the Rivers Trail which leads along the Thompson river as well as a number of parks. The Brock Recreation Centre features an ice rink and outdoor pool which is enjoyed by many families year round. There are a lot of activities right outside your door when you reside in Brock. It is a great family area!
