The private shared dock and sandy beach is a 30 second walk from this home. The beach is only shared by a handful of sands owners (designated). The beach is rarely used or busy! 

East Barriere Lake is a warm water lake, perfect for those water activities in the summer months. The Sands offers year round access with water and septic services plus road clearing included in the $1,400 per year management fee. Hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, skating and so many other activities to enjoy during the cooler months.
